The amazing thing about this team is that most of the players are Spanish and grew up in Barcelona club since they were kids.Barcelona Football School is known for its professional approach and the large amount of talents they release every year. There is only one club that matches Barcelona school and maybe better and that's Manchester United.I can't think of ANY team that produces more home players every year than Manchester United. They hardly add foreign players, and they manage to reach the highest levels every time, and that's pretty amazing.

But there's more than just using home players to be a perect team like Barcelona is.There are many factors and elements that must come together in order to have a team that is so connected, like an oiled machine, that every player knows wherer the otehr players are even without looking.

They know each other by heart after playing together for so long.Second, they have a greate coach. Guardiolla, although being a young and somewhat unexperience coach, managed to leverage his players skills and get the most of them and in the right and critic time, and that's the hardest mission of a coach. He truely is a wonderful surprise in that area.

Third, Barcelona has the best players in almost every position. There are so many leaders in this team, players that won the world cup for the first time in Spain history - Pouyol on defense, Xavi and Iniesta in mid field, David Villa on offense, and other terrific players.

Fourth, and maybe the most significant - they have Messi.There is only one player like that in a generation. We had Pele, after that we had Maradona, and now we have Messi.There is not a player in the world that is able to do the things he does on a football field. Every touch of the ball is magic. Last year he broke a record in scores in Barcelona in a single year (Christiano Ronaldo broke the world record last year for A single team in scores). He is also the leader in passes for goals.

His presence is so profound and have such a Hugh impact on every aspect in kids world, there are many Football games with his name on it, commercials, ads, t-shirts, a unique line of shoes and many more merchendise that makes him one of the top earnings in football today.
